Consideration of the Legislative Consent
Memorandum for the UK Fisheries Bill: evidence session with the
Minister for Environment, Energy and Rural Affairs

2.2 The Minister agreed to report back to the
Committee on progress made in addressing concerns in relation to
clause 18 of the UK Fisheries Bill following discussions between
Welsh Government and UK Government officials.
